For eight days you will live the fascination of sleeping in one of the most beautiful areas of our country and near the incredible Arenal Volcano. These days will be relaxation rest. They can have breakfast in peace and then define what suits them best: sunbathing and bathing on the beach (they have to cross the hotel garden), perhaps taking some surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, or sailing lessons at sunset.
If you like surfing and want to try this exciting activity and explore beaches, the North Pacific will be great for you as a family, it has a comprehensive menu of beaches that you can enjoy.
Near Tamarindo, you can find white sand beaches and the intense blue of the ocean. One of them is Playa Avellanas, with its wide strip of beach. They are big and powerful waves; it has an area called “little Hawaii” or little Hawaii that the locals recognize as a place with perfect waves.

Since 11.05.2022, there has no longer been to use for a mask requirement. Entry requirements for Costa Rica are:
Driving licence
To rent a car in Costa Rica, having your driving license and passport with you when you pick up the vehicle is compulsory. Presenting a copy of the driving license or passport is not allowed. It is also necessary to carry a credit card as rental car companies ask for a security deposit. The security deposit amount varies depending on your insurance coverage with the rental car company. Debit cards are not accepted for a security deposit; only credit cards are allowed.

Check-in and out
Usually, the check-in time at the hotels is 2:00 pm. However, this may vary depending on each hotel’s policies and room availability. Check-out time is usually at 11:00 am.
Tours
The tours described in this offer are operated with a minimum number of two people. If the tour is not available, our local expert will offer you another option.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that you take out health insurance abroad. Costa Rica has an excellent health system where you can be treated without any problems if necessary, as long as you have health insurance abroad.
Final price
The final price is quoted in dollars and may vary depending on the exchange rate, additional activities, room category changes, additional meals, or other traveler requests.
The formalization of the reservation of your trip must be made in writing by e-mail to your travel agent contact and then fill out the registration form that will contain the information of the travelers.
The travel contract comes into effect with the acceptance of the terms and conditions, as well as the amount of 30% of the total reservation.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to check that the documentation provided is by the contracted services. If this is not the case, you should contact your travel agent to make the necessary modifications.
Up to 45 days before the date of arrival in the country, a penalty of $150.00 US per person will be applied to cover the administrative amount of the services.
Between 44 to 30 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Between 29 to 22 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Between 21 to 14 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 40% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Between 13 to 7 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 75% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
6 days or less before arrival date will be penalized with a 100% cancellation fee.
