With the conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid. The deposit must be paid to Bella Aventura Costa Rica S.A. within one week after the registration process on our website. Payment will be made through a payment link or bank transfer to our account in US dollars. The outstanding balance (70% of the total booking amount) must be paid 15 days before the start date of your trip. For this purpose, a new payment link will be created or you will have to make a bank transfer to our accounts for the outstanding amount. Without full payment of the trip price, Bella Aventura has the right to refuse service to the client and Bella Aventura may apply the penalty and cancellation policies indicated in this document in the section (Cancellation Conditions).
The company Bella Aventura Costa Rica will proceed to refund the amounts as long as they are given within the previously established terms. The administrative procedures or bank commissions will be assumed by the client and not by Bella Aventura Costa Rica.
Important: there are some service providers whose cancellation or payment policies are much more severe than those established by Bella Aventura Costa Rica S.A. during some periods of the year, so in case any of these providers claim the application of the penalty of the reservation, Bella Aventura will inform you at the time of receiving your invoice which of the providers does not refund in case of cancellation.
On the conclusion of the travel contract:
With the registration, which can be made verbally, in writing or by e-mail, you offer Bella Aventura Costa Rica (hereinafter referred to as Bella Aventura Costa Rica S.A.) to conclude a binding travel contract. The registration is made by you also for all participants listed in the registration, for whose contractual obligations you are responsible as for your obligations unless you have assumed a corresponding separate obligation by explicit and separate declaration. The travel contract comes into effect with the acceptance of the cancellation and penalty policy at the time of the registration process on our website where you must check the box where you accept the cancellation and penalty policy, thus the contract with Bella Aventura Costa Rica S.A. will be concluded. If the content of the travel confirmation differs from the content of the registration, Bella Aventura will be bound to this new offer for 10 days. The travel contract comes into effect based on this new offer if you declare your acceptance within this period. Acceptance also occurs when you make the first payment of the total amount of the trip.
The scope of the contractual services results exclusively from the service description of Bella Aventura, which is included in the offer and valid at the time of the trip, as well as the information referred to in the travel confirmation. Additional agreements require the explicit written confirmation of Bella Aventura Costa Rica.
Services not used:
If you do not use the services described in the itinerary for reasons beyond Bella Aventura's control, you will not be entitled to a proportional refund. However, Bella Aventura may reimburse the client for any refunds received from the service providers.
Termination of the contract due to extraordinary circumstances:
If the trip is hindered, endangered or significantly impaired as a result of a force majeure event not foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics, crisis), Bella Aventura may cancel the contract, in order not to put the integrity of the participants or our partners and collaborators at risk. In this case, Bella Aventura will refund the price of the trip minus a proportional compensation for the services already rendered or possibly still to be rendered by the termination of the trip. The total amount of the refund will be established by the management of Bella Aventura Costa Rica S.A. this based on the negotiations that are established with the suppliers linked to the provision of the services contracted by the client.

To confirm your reservation, you will need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your trip via a payment link or bank transfer. You will receive a payment link through which you must make payment once all services have been confirmed by us. The trip’s cost balance must be paid no later than 15 days before departure.
Cancellations made 30 days before arrival in Costa Rica will be charged $150, corresponding to administrative expenses.
Between 29 to 23 days before the date of arrival in Costa Rica, the penalty will be 20% applied to the total amount of the reservation.
Between 22 to 15 days before the date of entry to Costa Ric, a penalty will be 40% applied to the reservation amount.
Between 14 to 7 days before the date of arrival in Costa Rica, the penalty will be 60% applied to the total amount of the reservation.
Finally, if the cancellation is made six days or less before the date of arrival in Costa Rica, the penalty will be 100% applied to the total amount of the reservation.
