Monika filipek2024-04-23My family of 4 (two kids ages 12 and 14 , my husband and myself ) just returned from a 10 day trip in Costa Rica that Veronika and her team thoughtfully planned and put together for us. The trip nothing but exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived everything went flawlessly. Starting with the transfers which were all in new , clean and air conditioned cars, hotel check ins , tour excursions and beyond ! The drivers and guides were professional, timely , accommodating and knowledgeable. They even made extra stops so we could grab a bite or shop along the way. The tours were better than we could have hoped and we did it pretty much all! From white water rafting , hiking on lava at Arenal , soaking in hot springs , waterfalls swimming , horseback , zip lining , hanging bridges , beaches, the most perfect rainbow , surfing , many sunsets , local food and!! The destinations that Veronika and her team recommend and the hotel recommendations were spot on. I love that they put a big emphasis on sustainability and eco friendliness, as well as working with local vendors and suppliers and small businesses. The app was super user-friendly and included our daily and itinerary , local info , packing info and all the details that we could have needed and the best part was that we could use it off-line at any given time. We traveled to three different destinations, including Arenal, MonteVerde, and Tamarindo and there’s not one thing that I would’ve changed about our trip !! Well except maybe I would have like to stay there for even longer! We will definitely return to Costa Rica and use Bella Aventura for any of our future trips and would highly recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable vacation! Unser Highlight der super organisierten Selbstfahrerreise von Bella Aventura war die Zeit auf der karibischen Seite von Costa Rica mit dem Nationalpark Cahuita, die Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Nationalpark inkl. Faultierbeobachtung vor dem Frühstück :-). Der Vulkan Poás war beeindruckend, wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Wetter:-), in La Fortuna war der Besuch der Farm von Don Oscar für uns als Familie sehr schön, besonders unseren Kindern hat es sehr gefallen, es gab viel zu sehen und die Kinder durften auch selbst mit anpacken. Die Kommunikation vor und während der Reise war tiptop, jederzeit ansprechbar/ erreichbar, sehr freundlich, kunden- und serviceorientiert. Fazit: unbedingt empfehlenswert, Reise von Profis organisiert aber trotzdem individuell, da Reisewünsche nach Gusto berücksichtigt werden, gerade wenn man mit kleineren Kindern unterwegs ist top!

Transfer Service vom Flughafen, Transfer zur ersten Lodge, dann Bereitstellung des Mietwagens, Rückgabe des Mietwagens und Transfer zum Flughafen ohne Probleme und immer pünktlich. Auch die Auswahl der Hotels bzw. Lodges und die Reiserouten waren sehr gut. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir können Bella Aventura uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Schon vor dem Abflug hatten wir keine bedenken und auch während unseren Aufenthalts in Coste Rica lief alles reibungslos. Wir hatten einen privaten Shuttle gebucht, welcher immer überpünktlich da war. Die Ausflüge waren abwechslungsreich und sehr interessant und die Hotels waren einfach 1A mit Sternchen. Wir haben uns überall sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Hatten wir während des Urlaubs Nachfragen, wurden diese vom Reisebüro auch zeitnah beantwortet. The formalization of the reservation of your trip must be made in writing by e-mail to your travel agent contact and then fill out the registration form that will contain the information of the travelers.
The travel contract comes into effect with the acceptance of the terms and conditions, as well as the amount of 30% of the total reservation.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to check that the documentation provided is by the contracted services. If this is not the case, you should contact your travel agent to make the necessary modifications.
Up to 45 days before the date of arrival in the country, a penalty of $150.00 US per person will be applied to cover the administrative amount of the services.
Between 44 to 30 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Between 29 to 22 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Between 21 to 14 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 40% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Between 13 to 7 days before the arrival date, a penalty of 75% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
6 days or less before arrival date will be penalized with a 100% cancellation fee.
